Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
with his relatives reached to the in-laws house of his daughter where he found his daughter dead. The son-in-law and the father-in-law (Samdhi) were also absconding from the house. Bimoli Devi and Ramlal Tudu were present at the house. It came to know from the villagers that his daughter was hanged. There was black stain on her neck. Hence this F.I.R. was lodged.
