2. This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of Civil Review No. 135 of 2019 which stood dismissed for default on account of non-removal of defects pursuant to order dated 29.07.2022 passed by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that one interlocutory application being I.A. No. 7170 of 2022 was filed for extension of peremptory time and ignoring defect no. 3 in Civil

Review No. 135 of 2019, but by that time, the peremptory time had already expired.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no serious objection to the prayer for restoration of Civil Review No. 135 of 2019.

5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, Civil Review No. 135 of 2019 is restored to its original file.

6. Since Civil Review No. 135 of 2019 is tied up with this Bench, office is directed to place the Civil Review No. 135 of 2019 on 18^th October 2024.
