Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumka(M) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023 for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka.

Submission has been made on behalf of petitioner that petitioner initially got arrested in Dumka(M) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2023 under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and thereafter, he was involved in number of cases on the basis of his own confessional statement and the present case is one of them. He further pointed out that petitioner is in custody in the present case since 02.02.2024. Upon the aforesaid premise, prayer for bail has been made. Learned counsel for the petitioner concluded his argument by making submission that in other cases, petitioner has already been admitted to bail.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition on the premise of criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Perused the F.I.R, Lower Court order and other material available on record, considering the facts that the case property of the present case, i.e. Scorpio having Registration No. JH04P-3305 has already been recovered and charge-sheet has already been submitted, therefore, petitioner is no more required for further investigation, I do find it a fit case for grant of bail, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in connection with Dumka(M) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023.
