Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant- Krishna Das and Munni Devi with the prayer to release on bail in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No. 151/2023, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned SDJM, Godda. 3. As per the allegations made in the FIR, the daughter of the informant was married to Balkaran Bharti son of Shri Krishna Das on 02.05.2023. On 04.09.2023 at 6 o’ clock in the morning, the father of the deceased received information from his relatives that his daughter had been murdered in furtherance of common intention by Krishna Das and Munni Devi and her husband Balkaran Bharati. When he reached there, he found that there were several injuries on body part of his daughter. It is also alleged that all the accused persons had also left the house after committing murder of the deceased.

Admittedly, the homicidal death of the daughter of informant caused within four months from the date of marriage in her matrimonial home. On body part of deceased, there were several injuries and the same are also corroborated with the autopsy report wherein cause of death due to shock and hemorrhage as a result of ante-mortem injuries. Further, on the confessional statement and pointing out of Balkaran Bharti/the husband of the deceased a blood stained knife was recovered. In whole case diary, there is nothing on record that the petitioners who are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of deceased were not residing with her son and daughter-in-law. 5. In view of the above, the bail applications of both the petitioners are hereby, rejected .
