The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that allegedly there was an altercation taking place between two concerned parties and brother of the informant had tried to pacify the altercation and at that time, firing was made by one person by the name of Md. Abdullah @ Abdullah and one person was injured. The learned counsel has further submitted that the person making the firing i.e. Md. Abdullah @ Abdullah has been granted regular bail in BA No. 3490 of 2024 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.05.2024. The learned counsel has further submitted that the case of the petitioner stands on better footing than that of Md. Abdullah @ Abdullah because the petitioner is not the person who had fired. The learned counsel has further submitted that another co-accused, namely, Aman Safedi @ Soved Khan @ Chikna @ Sowaid Khan has also been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in BA No. 3475 of 2024 vide order dated 26.04.2024, therefore, he seeks parity. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2023. Therefore, the petitioner may be granted privilege of bail.
Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner but does not dispute the cited bail orders.
Learned counsel for the State has also opposed the bail application of the petitioner.
Having gone through the records of the case, arguments in the facts and circumstances and cited bail orders, present petitioner, named above, is ordered to be released on bail on executing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum, in connection with Golmuri PS Case No. 20 of 2023, corresponding to GR Case No. 683 of 2023, subject to the conditions that

(i) the petitioner will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned Court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the Court and (ii) the petitioner shall also remain present on each and every date of trial before the learned Court below unless dispensed with by the learned Court below.
