Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Hazaribag.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court on merit vide order dated 25.04.2023 with an observation to conclude the trial at the earliest, preferably within six months from the date of framing of charge.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the charge has been framed on 11.08.2023, but till date the trial has not been concluded.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
