05/13.09.2024: This petition has been filed praying therein to restore WPS No. 6375 of 2016 to its original file, which was dismissed for default on 29.01.2019 for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 22.01.2019.
Counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the order will be complied with within two weeks.
Considering the aforesaid submission and the statements made in this petition, I am inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the same is allowed . Consequently, WP(S) No. 6375 of 2016 is restored to its original file and list the same as per roster.
The order dated 22.01.2019 should be complied with within two weeks, failing which, this order will not be given effect to.
