04/ 12.04.2024 . Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected on merits vide order dated 05.07.2023 passed in B.A. No.3200 of 2023.
Petitioner above-named who is in custody has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Mango Ulidih (Jamshedpur) P.S. Case No.344 of 2022 registered under Sections 419 /420 /34 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard the parties.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant prayer for bail has been renewed on the ground that after framing of charge, three witnesses have been examined, but none of the witnesses has identified the accused person and further the co-accused has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.
Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer. It is submitted that the petitioner is involved in inter-State gang and he does have criminal antecedents of being involved in 8 cases.
There is no change of circumstance and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
However, learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within six months from the date of order.
