15/10.05.2023 Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already applied for the amnesty scheme announced by the State of Jharkhand and, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ application for the present with a liberty to move this Court if the State Government does not permit the petitioner to avail of the said amnesty scheme.

Mr. Abhilash Kumar, learned AC to GP-II for the respondents does not have any objection to the prayer of withdrawal made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, this writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
