For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) for quashing the order contained in Memo No- 04/Bhu Aa Godda dated 11.9.13 of the D.C, Godda (Annexure-4) by which objection petition filed by the petitioners has been rejected in pursuant to the matter of Land Acquisition and an Award of half portion of their land have been wrongly declared in the share of Respondent No- 8 without having proper valid document with an order to prepare and make payment also.
AND/OR
B. For a direction to stop payment/make recovery of the amount from Respondent No- 8 in case of issuance of cheque/draft. ”
