2. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.
3. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:
“(a) For quashing the order dated 08/05/2012 (Annexure – 6) passed by the learned Revisional authority-cum-Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Forest and Environment, Jharkhand, Ranchi (Respondent No.2) in forest Revision Case No.94/2011, whereby the petitioner’s Revision Application filed against the order dated 15/02/2011 (Annexure – 5) passed by the learned court of Deputy Commissioner, Ramgarh (Respondent No.3) was rejected.
(b) For quashing the order dated 15/02/2011 (Annexure – 5) passed by the learned court of Deputy Commissioner, Ramgarh (Respondent No.3) in Confiscation Appeal Case No.08/10, whereby the petitioner’s appeal filed against the order dated 08/01/2010 (Annexure – 4) passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Ramgarh (Respondent No.4) was rejected.
(c) For quashing the order of confiscation dated 08.01.2010 (Annexure- 4) passed by the Confiscating Authority – cum – Divisional Forest Officer, Ramgarh (respondent no.4) whereby the petitioner’s vehicle Mahindra Pick-up Van being Registration No.JH-02L-2383 was confiscated.
(d) For a direction to release the seized pick-up van in favour of the petitioner.”
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not have
any instruction in the present case and accordingly, he does not want to press this writ petition.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands closed.
