It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant writ petition has been filed for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground and during pendency of the writ petition, appointment has been made. Under the circumstance, this lis does not survive in the writ petition.
Earlier there was specific direction to the answering respondents to file supplementary counter affidavit which has been filed today. From para 6 of the supplementary counter affidavit, it is evident that the petitioner has been appointed on compassionate ground and has now been posted as Class-IV employee.
In view of the compliance of the said order, lis does not survive.
The writ petition is according disposed of.
