Learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4 has submitted that a supplementary counter-affidavit has been filed in the instant case stating that a sale certificate dated 20.01.2010 has been issued during the pendency of the present case and the authorized officer of the then Allahabad bank had sold the property involved in the present case. Learned counsel submits that in view of the supplementary counter-affidavit, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioners Ms. Rinki Kumari, under the instructions of Mr. Saurav Arun, Advocate, does not want to press this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
