prohibited category and, therefore, the registration has been denied. It is further submitted that the petitioner has alternative remedy by way of appeal before the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Registrar, Ranchi.
Under the circumstance, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation afresh before the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Registrar, Ranchi along with the relevant documents and the said representation will be disposed of within a period of four weeks of submission of said representation. In the event of any delay in disposing of said representation, the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Registrar, Ranchi shall be liable to pay a cost of Rs.5000/- to the petitioner. The object of imposing the cost is to save the petitioner from running pillar to post and enter into fresh bout of litigation for getting his representation to dispose of the same.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
