04/30.01.2023 The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities to grant proportionate remission with effect from 01.05.2010 to 01.04.2019 i.e., Rs.87,56,030/- to the petitioner in relation to consumer No. HT-71 (M/s. Pasari Steel Casting & Rolling Mill) and to adjust the said amount towards current/running bills raised against the said consumer number.
On bare perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the writ petition has been filed by Shambhu Kumar Pasari without stating inter alia as to in what manner, he is concerned with consumer No. HT-71 (M/s. Pasari Steel Casting & Rolling Mill).
Hence, the present writ petition at the instance of Shambhu Kumar Pasari is not worth consideration and the same is accordingly dismissed.
However, the consumer No. HT-71 is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy with respect to the aforesaid grievance as available under law.
