No one turns up on behalf of the appellant in spite of repeated calls. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that as there is no merit in this appeal, hence, the appellant is not diligent in pursuing this appeal and harassing the respondents by dragging on the litigation.
This appeal is dismissed for the default of the appellant.
