This Criminal Revision has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for enhancing the maintenance amount for than Rs. 8,000/- and as the learned Court has allowed only Rs. 8,000/- per month way of maintenance amount to the petitioner by the O.P. No. 2, by challenging the Order dated 30.01.2021 passed by Sri Sunil Kumar Singh No. 1, learned Principal Judge, Family Court , Hazaribagh in Original Maintenance Case No. 107 of 2017 by which the learned Court below has directed the opposite party to pay Rs. 8,000/- per month to the petitioner ,

submitted that the case may disposed of in light of compromise petition.
“ Para 4:- That it is humbly submitted that, thereafter the petitioner filed a Criminal Revision No. 230/2021, before this Hon'ble Jharkhand High Court for enhancement of the awarded maintenance amount.
Para 5:- That it is stated and submitted that, after issuance of notice to opposite party, he has appeared and matter sent to JHALSA, Ranchi for mediation.
Para 6:- That it is stated and submitted that before the JHALSA, Ranchi on 18-01-2023 both parties compromise this case with condition that opposite party namely Rajendra Hazam will pay regularly the maintenance amount of Rs. 8,000/- to the petitioner and rest dues amount of Rs. 1,28,000/- will pay on or before 20-03- 2023.
Para 7:- That it is further stated and submitted that opposite party has been regularly paying the maintenance amount of Rs. 8,000/- per month and rest dues amount of Rs. 1,28,000/- has already been paid to petitioner on 17-07-2023.
Para 8:- That it is stated and submitted that for the above reason both the parties came into a compromise and does not want to pursue this case further.”
I.A No. 6437 of 2023 is allowed and stands disposed
of.
