2. The instant revision application is directed against the order dated 15.12.2006, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dumka, whereby the Cr. Misc. Case No. 68 of 2005, preferred by the petitioner under Section125 Cr. P.C. has been dismissed.
3. Ms. Priyanka Bobby, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to passage of time she seeks permission to withdraw this case and file an appropriate application before the Family Court itself, in accordance with law.
4. Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 does not have any objection.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for, if law so permits.
6. Let the copy of this order be communicated to the court below.
