09/13.04.2023 This petition has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceeding including the FIR being Chatra (Sadar) P.S. Case No.167 of 2009, corresponding to G.R. No.693 of 2009, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has left for his heavenly abode and in that view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the State also accepts the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any granted by this Court, stands vacated.
