Heard the parties.
It has been submitted that the petitioner is ready to compensate the wife by depositing Rs. 20,000/- in the court below which can be released in favour of the wife.
The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for restoration of Cr. Revision No. 125 of 2020 which has been dismissed on 10.03.2022 for non-compliance of the order dated 24.02.2022 for non-removal of the defects.
Considering the reasons assigned in the present petition and the nature of litigation, Cr. Revision No. 125 of 2020 is restored to its original file, subject to payment of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) within a period of two weeks from today and the same amount will be deposited in the learned court below which shall be released in favour of the wife and it will be treated as litigation cost of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
