under Section 295/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005 and after due investigation of the case, one Sub Inspector of Police Raj Dhan Singh submitted supplementary charge-sheet, the learned S.D.J.M. has only mentioned that the order of cognizance dated 05.04.2014 shall also be applicable inter alia to the petitioner of this case. Hence, there is no substance in the contention of the petitioner that any Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police made any seizure as the copy of the certified copy of the seizure list which has been kept at page-14 shows that the seizure was made by Ramesh Kumar Singh- Officer Incharge of Baharogora Police Station who is a Sub Inspector of Police; which is crystal clear from the para-9 running page-21 also and if at all, if there is any such discrepancy the same certainly can be taken by the petitioner during the trial. It is further submitted that since fresh summon has been issued to the petitioner vide order dated 04.11.2019, hence, the earlier orders dated 07.09.2015 and 30.05.2019 have lost their relevance. Hence, it is submitted that there is no justifiable reason to interfere with the order dated 04.11.2019 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., East Singhbhum. It is lastly submitted that this Cr.M.P., being without any merit, be dismissed.
