petitioner.
Identical was the situation on 26.11.2020.
This petition has been filed for direction upon the respondents to handover the investigation of Rajmahal P.S.Case No.305 of 2011, G.R. No.578 of 2011 to the State level agency i.e. C.I.D or C.B.I.
A counter affidavit has been filed wherein it has been disclosed that charge sheet has been submitted against the accused persons and how the investigation has not been done in right direction by the State police is not disclosed in the petition and further nobody has come forward to argue the matter and the allegations are of the year 2011. No case of interference is made out.
Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
