Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the matter has amicably been settled between the parties and the parties have agreed to file a joint compromise petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro inter alia in respect of Complaint Case No.575 of 2021 hence, the petitioners seek the permission of this Court to withdraw this Cr.M.P.
Permission is accorded.
This Cr.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn.
