Learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Cr.M.P. with liberty to raise all the grounds agitated in this petition at the appropriate stage of the trial.
Permission is accorded.
This Cr.M.P. stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds taken in this petition at the time of trial.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion regarding the contentions raised by the petitioner in this case so, the learned trial court is expected not to be prejudiced by the order of this Court.
In view of the disposal of the instant Cr.M.P., interim order, if any, stands vacated.
