meeting was held for appointment of para teacher in Utkarmit Madhya Vidyalaya, Pilghutu on 10.08.2009 and several candidates appeared in the said meeting, but Supervisor Samsul Kabir did not appoint and thereafter the accused Rajendra Prasad Sah being the president of the said Gram Sabha Samiti and the Secretarycum-Headmaster of the said Siksha Samiti had illegally proceeded the General Meeting as per their own wish and the same was objected by the villagers and thereafter on the next date i.e. 11.08.2009 the matter was reported to the authority and it was further and candidate of para teachers, whose academic certificates were filed and shall be verified, wherein the name of Santoshi Devi, W/o Manoj Saha was forwarded, which is against Rule and Regulation as the Santoshi Devi is neither the resident of Village- Pilghutu nor she was present in the general meeting and there is an allegation she did not read English in Intermediate and inspite of that fake and fabricated certificate were prepared by the accused persons and her name has been forwarded for selection and it is the cause of annoyance. The alleged forged and fabricated paper shave been prepared in collusion with accused persons and Santoshi Devi, who is the relative of Rajendra Prasad Saha and her name was fraudulently forwarded for the selection as parateacher.
