2. Learned counsel for the opposite party has submitted that an order has been passed pursuant to the order passed by this court dated 22.02.2022 in W.P. (S) No. 5758 of 2007 indicating that the respondent No. 2 of the writ petition is not successor in office of Bhartiya Nritya Kala Mandir, Patna and they are separately registered body. The registration certificate has been annexed as Annexure-C to the show cause.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has objected to the submission of learned counsel for the opposite party.
4. Considering the fact that a reasoned order has been passed which is contained in memo No. 712 dated 10.02.2023 and annexed with the show cause reply, this court is not inclined to proceed further in this contempt proceedings. Accordingly, contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
5. However, the petitioner may challenge the order annexed with the show cause , in accordance with law.
