12/10.02.2023 Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the Court’s order dated 23.10.2019, an amount of Rs.2,27,235/-, has been released in favour of the petitioner vide Cheque bearing No.137588 dated 08.02.2022, a copy of the same is taken on record. He further submits that order of this Hon’ble Court dated 23.10.2019 passed in W.P.(S) No.1232 of 2016 has already been complied with.
In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the opposite parties, no case for contempt is made out as the order of this Court has already been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
