Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
The petitioners are accused in connection with S.T. No. 05 of 2020 arising out of Deori Case No. 38 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners had assaulted the father of the informant which resulted in his death.
The First Information Report reveals that specific allegation of assault upon the father of the informant with Basil has been attributed to Pappu Vishwakarma. The allegations against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature and some of the co-accused persons similarly situated have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 10216 of 2020 and B.A. No. 10405 of 2020.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Giridih in connection with S.T. No. 05 of 2020 arising out of Deori Case No. 38 of 2019.
