Apprehending her arrest, the applicant has moved this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar P.S. Case No.474 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 420/ 406/ 467/ 468/ 471 and 34 of IPC.

It appears that there was money transaction for providing job in N.T.P.C. and in the said transaction the cheque has also been given to the victim that has bounced and upon that various cases have been instituted. She has been taken into custody and in some of the cases, regular bail has been granted by the different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. Some of the bail orders have been brought on record. This is one of such case where the prayer for anticipatory bail has been made.

Innocence has been claimed and undertaking has been given for co-operation with the investigating agency. It has been submitted that a criminal case has been lodged just to recover the money which is the misuse of the process of the Court. Hence, she may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned A.P.P and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of transaction between the parties and the fact that she has been taken into custody and she has been granted regular bail at least in two of the cases which has been brought on record, I am inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the applicant, Accordingly, the above named applicant is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order and in the event of her arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

C.J.M., Hazaribag in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar P.S. Case No.474 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Further the applicant will submit self attested copy of her Aadhar Card and also give her mobile number before the learned court below, which she will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
