06/13.10.2023: After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to file a regular bail before the court concerned as several others co-accused persons have been granted bail.
Mrs. Priya Shrestha, learned Special Public Prosecutor has got no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
Considering the said prayer and the submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
