Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 224/2022 for the offences registered under sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih.

It is alleged that the petitioner was having illicit relationship with the deceased. It is further alleged that the petitioner had called the deceased just prior to the occurrence and assaulted her, due to which, she committed suicide. 4. Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Informant, has opposed the prayer for bail. He submitted that the deceased in her suicide note, had stated about involvement of the petitioner.

Case diary earlier called for, has been received. It appears that independent witnesses Babli Devi, Urmila Devi and Mudrika Devi have stated that the deceased had taken loan and she was unable to repay the loan, due to which she was under immense pressure. Ultimately, she committed suicide.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned court below on his surrender, shall release him on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/(Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 224/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
