Heard both the sides.
The petitioner- Sanjay Tandi is in custody since 30.07.2022 in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No. 116 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1855 of 2022 for the offence registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the F.I.R. and no incriminating article has been seized from him and he has not been put on TIP.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. It is submitted that the informant was injured in the commission of robbery and his mobile was seized and name of this petitioner has come-up on the basis of confessional statement and he has criminal antecedent of being involved in the case of similar nature.
Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
