The petitioner- Saif Alam @ Md. Saif Alam is in custody since 16.12.2022 in connection with Bero P.S. Case No. 143 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 417, 420, 468, 471, 482, 120B of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Ranchi.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the main allegation against this petitioner is that on behalf of Finance Company, he used to seize the vehicles in case of default in payment of loan amount.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.
Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
