After some argument learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Tiwari seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to prefer title suit for confirmation of title and subsequent relief thereof.
Learned counsel for the State, Mr. Ashutosh Anand, A.A.G.-III has no objection.
Considering the same, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners that they can move before the competent court of civil jurisdiction for confirmation of title arsing out of sale deed executed in favour of the petitioners.
