Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, Mr. R.R. Nath has submitted that petitioner is not residing at the address furnished with the Allahabad Bank, as such, it appears that he is deliberately avoiding to appear before this Court. Considering the same, the instant Writ Petition stands dismissed.
