An e-mail has been received attaching a copy of the certificate issued by Bihar State Financial Corporation to the effect that the loan amount has been settled and now there is no liability upon the private respondents.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of settlement of the loan amount, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and therefore on instructions from Bihar State Financial Corporation he is making a prayer for withdrawal of the present writ petition.
W.P.(C) No.4506 of 2007 is dismissed as withdrawn.
