3. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

“For issuance of direction upon the respondents to release the monthly pension on the basis of last pay drawn and all post retiral benefits i.e. Gratuity, Leave Encashment for 300 days. The petitioner received money towards the Group Insurance and money towards the General Provident Fund, when the writ petitioner superannuated from his service w.e.f. midnight of 31.01.2014 i.e. already a year elapsed since his superannuation, when the petitioner was receiving his monthly salary amounting to Rs. 29,510/- and lump sum payment toward commuted 40% in the pension.”

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed in the present case on 21.09.2021 and as per paragraph No. 8 of the supplementary counter affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and therefore nothing survives in this writ petition.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed.

However, if the petitioner has any surviving grievance, he may file representation before the respondent No. 3 who shall look into the same in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of such representation.
