educational certificate of the petitioner were verified from Bihar School Examination Board as well as Bihar Intermediate Council. It is specific case of the petitioner that all of a sudden, the respondent No.5 vide his letter dated 20.03.2015 informed the Gram Education Committee that vide its decision dated 19.03.2015, the Block Education Committee has decided to terminate the services of the petitioner as Para Teacher without any information or notice to the petitioner on the ground that name and date of birth mentioned in his educational certificate are different. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner represented before the respondents mentioning therein that no notice has been given to him before terminating his services and requested to quash the illegal order of termination, but no heed was paid. Accordingly, petitioner had earlier moved before this Court by filing a writ petition being W.P.(S) No. 2249 of 2016, challenging the order of termination, the said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 09.12.2020 with a direction upon the respondent No.3 to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner, within a period of 8 weeks and further to pass a speaking order with regard to the payment of Honorarium to the petitioner. Pursuant to the same, the respondent No.3 vide impugned order dated 04.03.2021 rejected the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order of termination, but has passed a direction for payment of arrears of honorarium to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has been constrained to knock the door of this Court, challenging the part of the impugned order dated 04.03.2021 with regard to rejection of order of termination.
