1. Learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Kripa Shankar Nanda is present.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents Mr. Karan Shahdeo is also present.
3. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: -
“for issuance of an appropriate writ, order/(S) or direction, commanding/directing upon the respondent no. 2 to pay the amount of leave encashment, which has not been paid to the petitioners husbands along with retiral benefits or to the petitioners, in view of the Order passed by this Hon’ble Court in W.P.(S) No. 506/13 and analogous other cases.
AND/OR
For issuance of any other appropriate writ(s), order(s) and direction(s) as Your Lordships may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case for imparting complete and substantial justice to the petitioners.”
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the counteraffidavit received by him, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. Accordingly, he does not want to press this writ petition.
5. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, is closed.
