2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

“For directing the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioners herein as employees of respondentcorporation being Life Insurance Corporation of India and to give them all other consequential and financial benefits within a stipulated period.”

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that under similar circumstances, order has been passed by this court in W.P. (S) No. 919 of 2020 dated 4^th June, 2020, W.P. (S) No. 1061 of 2020 dated 6^th

of July, 2020 with regard to the consideration of the case for regularization. He submits that similar order may be passed.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents on the other hand has no objection with regards to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the prayer made in the writ petition and with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 04^th of June, 2020 passed in W.P. (S) No. 919 of 2020.

The petitioners shall file fresh representation along with all documents showing their period of engagement etc. which they rely for claiming of their regularization, within a period of one month from today. If such representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the respondent LIC shall consider the case of the petitioners in the light of order dated 04^th of June, 2020 passed in W.P. (S) No. 919 of 2020 and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law preferably within a period of 8 weeks thereafter.

7. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
