13/01.11.2022 This appeal arises out of Award dated 23.01.2016, passed by learned Principal District Judge-cum-Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in Motor Accident Claims Case No.64/2014, whereby and whereunder the claim application filed by the claimants under Section 166 of Motor Vehicles Act has been allowed and a sum of Rs.18,45,500/- along with 9 % interest per annum from the date of filing of claim case awarded as compensation and same was directed to be paid by the appellant-Insurance Company.
