2. The instant criminal revision application is directed against the judgment dated 28.11.2005, passed by learned Special
Judge, CBI, Ranchi, whereby the Cr. Appeal No. 104 of 2003, preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed and the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 20.08.2003 in R.C. Case No.
4 (S)/ 1990 corresponding to T.R. No. 25 of 2003, passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, CBI, Ranchi, whereby the petitioner was convicted and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for three years under each Section 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and all the sentence was directed to run concurrently, has been affirmed.
