regarding issuance of notice to the petitioner has been filed indicating therein that now the petitioner has left the native place and is residing elsewhere, whose whereabouts are traceless to the police.
2. Ms. Niki Sinha, learned Spl. P.P submits that since petitioner cannot be traced, as such this case may be dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. In view of the peculiar facts, the instant revision application stands dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to move in accordance with law, if so advised.
