Mr. Ramchander Sahu, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that during pendency of this criminal revision petition the petitioner, namely, Shyam Kumar Nonia has passed away.
Mr. Pratiush Lala, the learned counsel for O.P No.2 states that inspite of his best efforts, he could not get instructions from O.P No.2 for filing substitution application.
For the aforesaid reasons, Criminal Revision No. 184 of 2015 is dismissed.
