A report pursuant to the order dated 5^th March 2021 has been received in the Registry.

The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad has sent a report stating that cognizance of the offence was taken on 1^st July 2013, however, by virtue of the order dated 14^th February 2017 passed in Criminal Revision No.1463 of 2016 further proceeding in G.R. Case No.281 of 2013 was stayed. From the report dated 12^th March 2021 sent by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad it appears that on 23^rd July 2018 stay granted by this Court stood vacated and charges were framed on 8^th July 2019 under sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 474/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code against Nagendra Kumar Sharma, Abhishek Joshi and Vikas Kumar Joshi.

3. It is further stated that summons for production of witnesses were issued on 10^th July 2019, however, no witness was examined by the prosecution till 17^th March 2021.
