Pursuant to the previous order, a repot was called for, which has been received from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur and kept at Flag R. From perusal of the report, it appears that all the petitioners namely Srikant Tiwary @ Shrikant Tripathy, Badri Prasad Tiwary @ Badri Tiwary, Awadhesh Kumar Pandey @ Awadehs Pandey and Rana Prasad Singh @ Raja Prasad Singh have been acquitted in this case in connection with the Pakur(T) P.S. Case No.07 of 1993, corresponding to G.R. No.17 of 1993, against which, this Cr.M.P. has been preferred.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of parties submitted that in view of the report received from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pakur, this Cr.M.P as become infructuous.
Having taken into consideration the submission advanced on behalf of the learned counsels for the parties and facts of this case, this Cr.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous.
