04/ 18.11.2022 . Instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of order dated 29.06.2022 passed in A.B.A. No.3481 of 2022 arising out of Raneshwar P.S. Case No.06 of 2022 for extension of period of surrender in the Court below for a period of two weeks.
It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that there was direction to deposit security amount of Rs.25,000/- but because of financial hardship, the amount could not be arranged, therefore, the prayer has been made for extension of period of surrender.
Considering the grounds taken, petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of two weeks from today. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is allowed.
