Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 namely, Mosemat Madina Devi (Cr.M.P.) No. 1923 of 2016) and O.P. No. 2-Bigan Mahto have died during pendency of these petitions. He submits that these petitions have become infructuous. He seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file fresh petition if cause of action still survives
