1. The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for restoration of the Criminal Revision No.629 of 2020 to its original file, which has been dismissed for default on 23.09.2021 for non-compliance of the order dated 09.09.2021.
2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently the order could not be complied and the learned counsel is ready to comply the order within three weeks.
3. In view of above submission, the Criminal Revision No.629 of 2020 is restored to its original file, subject to the condition that the defect will be removed within three weeks.
4. With above modification, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition being Cr.M.P. No.1349 of 2022 stands disposed of.
