2. Mr. A.K.Yadav, learned counsel for the State submits that a supplementary show cause has been filed indicating therein that order has been complied subject to final outcome of L.P.A.
3. Mr. Sushant Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the provisional pension with other benefits except gratuity has been sanctioned subject to outcome of the L.P.A. No. 342 of 2021; as such he seeks permission to withdraw this case with a liberty to knock the door, if so advised before the appropriate authority/ forum.
4. Consequently the contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn.
